I could take pictures of Grand Teton mountain until the Bison come home... and I love these 39 mile days that start off cool, with a little breeze, and which are mostly downhill :-)
Today's ride followed the edge of the lake and crossed a little dam... I took a picture of a family... I said: "it's so beatiful, like Switzerland." They said, "We're from Tibet," I said: "oh then these are little hills that don't amount to much :-)"

Then I took another family photo of two Pakistani friends, and once they heard my story they wanted to do selfies :-)

I had a bite to eat at Jenny's Lake and then coasted the last 20 miles down to Jackson. It was a lovely day from start to finish...

Stats: 39 miles, started at 8:15am, ended at 1:15pm, 4.5 hours of actual riding:

What a gorgeous day you’ve had!! I guess the Tetons never get old, do they? I love the image of those peaceful downhill miles and the cool breeze off the lake. It sounds like the kind of ride that fills your soul. You’re collecting beauty and stories at every turn. Alex and I are really enjoying following along - keep pedaling and keep sharing! It’s such a joy to see it all unfold. 🚴♂️
All the people you bumped into will go back home telling their friends the stories about your heroically biking journey. I agree with Zoe, sharing with cars on the road in the middle of mountains needs to have extra caution. Thanks for all the photos and videos. We all enjoy them very much.
Dam... That's cool footage! :) I just love the selfie of you guys all together. How nice a 39 mile day sounds after all those long ones. It worries me when you take videos when you're biking so cloae to the cars though
