Day #6: Manchester to Greenwich (34 miles)

The day was supposed to be rainy, but the sky was clear at dawn and I only felt one drop the whole day...

The ride today was shorter, more solitary and more downhill than the other days, but it went along a beautiful river in Vermont and through bigger farmland in New York:



Since the ride was shorter, there was less food... but note the carbonated beverage at every opportunity... that (I believe) is known as the "breakfast of champions" :-)

Finally, the snapshot: 33 miles in 3.5 hours of riding, starting at 7:20am, and arriving by 12pm (noon):

The cows wanted to join you then changed their mind? They have very good reason to stay where they are :-) It’s really a looooong journey. Everything is peacefully pretty.
